- The full order must be returned along with the gift with purchase. Separate item returns will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are not allowed for items included in the promotion.
Delivery Method:

- During sale periods and promotions, delivery times may be longer than normal.
- Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Higher order volumes may cause delays.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately.
Exchange and Refund Policy (In Accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law):
At Activ Abou Alaa, we are committed to protecting our customers’ rights in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, particularly Articles 8, 17, 21, and 25, which govern exchange and refund procedures.
Return and Exchange Rights:
- Customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any justification, as stated in Article 17, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition and has not been used.
- All original packaging and tags are intact.
- A valid purchase receipt or invoice is presented.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or technical fault, the customer has the right:
- To request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, in line with Article 21.
- The company is not obliged to repair products with defects that affect their quality or safety.
Exceptions (Article 17 – Paragraph 2):
- The right to return or exchange does not apply in the following cases:
- Products classified as personal use items, such as:
- Underwear.
- Swimwear and related accessories.
- Items that cannot be resold once opened or used, due to health and safety concerns.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
If your order is lost in transit or undelivered, please contact us, and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
