At Activ Abou Alaa, we are committed to protecting our customers’ rights in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, particularly Articles 8, 17, 21, and 25, which govern exchange and refund procedures.

Return and Exchange Rights:

• Customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any justification, as stated in Article 17, provided that:
• The item is in its original condition and has not been used.
• All original packaging and tags are intact.
• A valid purchase receipt or invoice is presented.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect or technical fault, the customer has the right:
• To request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, in line with Article 21.
• The company is not obliged to repair products with defects that affect their quality or safety.

Exceptions (Article 17 – Paragraph 2):

• The right to return or exchange does not apply in the following cases:
• Products classified as personal use items, such as:
• Underwear.
• Swimwear and related accessories.
• Items that cannot be resold once opened or used, due to health and safety concerns.

Lost or Undelivered Orders:

If your order is lost in transit or undelivered, please contact us, and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.

• If the order was paid by Credit/Debit Card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

Installment Orders:

• Partial refunds are not available for installment payments. To process a refund, the entire order must be returned.

Refund Conditions:

• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• For orders paid in installments, partial refunds are not allowed.

Promotion Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions:

• The full order must be returned. Partial returns are not allowed unless specified by the promotion conditions.
• You are required to report any manufacturing defect immediately upon receiving the product and before using it. In case a manufacturing defect appears after using the product, it must be reported within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery. The product will then be submitted to the Quality Control Department for inspection and appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items::
