You have 10 days from the date your order was shipped to return your purchases from with shipping charges.

How can I get a copy of my purchase receipt?

  • If you have an account on, log in with your username and password. In the order details of the item(s) you wish to return, you will have the option to download the electronic receipt.
  • If you purchased as a guest, you can find the electronic receipt by clicking on the link in the emails we have sent regarding your order.
  • This option must be done with customer service approval first
  • This option must be done with approval from the customers service 1st

Home collection

  • If you made the purchase as a registered user: Log in with your username and password. You can submit a return request by contacting the customer service numbers 01017204440 or 01099552148.
  • We will send a courier to receive your package at the address of your choice within two to six working days, depending on the province and address.
  • If you made the purchase as a guest: Request a refund by calling the customer service numbers 01017204440 or 01099552148.
  • Remember that you must send in the items you wish to return within 10 days of the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.


  • You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from for free if item is defective, charges will apply for any other case after quality review
  • You can change the size or color of your items. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must request a return and make a new purchase at a new cost.


  • The refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Except for Cash on Delivery orders for which refunds are made by bank transfer with Bank Fees. If you want your money back, you can request your return directly from our website. Please also note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount along with any other fees if order refunds are requested if the customer just changed their mind and doesn't want the items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email for the return once it has been completed.
  • If you have not refunded your account after more than 14 business days, please show your confirmation to your bank so that they can assist you and expedite the process.
